When we logged in as the new user, Zoom worked fine. It would seem to me two things are happening. The Zoom programmers have caught the error thrown by windows and wrapped it with their own message, but do not know how to resolve the issue, thus the suggestion in the /2396.txt to move to a browser. Since creating a new account resolves the problem for the new account!
